Default New Member, second post

New member here just stopping by to check in from Houston. In part due to this site, I am awaiting delivery of a Mak 2 Star ( thanks rwalters for the hook up!) and I currently have a PBC and a Oklahoma Joe offset. With a 4 year old daughter chopping wood and tending a fire for a 10 hour cook is getting a little hectic so I decided to jump into the pellet game.

Impressive second post. Everything looks great! Sometimes, just getting sleep is reason enough for getting a pellet smoker and not wanting to tend a fire all night.

Thanks everyone, glad to be here.

I was posting from my phone so my punctuation wasn’t the best for my second post. To be clear, my 4 year old daughter isn’t the one chopping wood and tending to the fire. Although, that would be awesome...

My post was going to make reference to exactly that, but I didn't want to make a bad impression, that will come later
