The round shape of the rack is an interesting design concept, but I still like to be able to rotate the entire rack and contents 90° in one quick move.

it looks like that would be extremely easy to do with some of the designs, for example the one with the octopus dadsr4 posted.

Or this?

Though you'd need to be strong to lift the outer one when fully loaded. The inner one you could slide.
