The Mad BBQ Scientist rides again!

I no longer argue the MSG thingy, I like the effect umami brings to the taste buds. Peanuts, small fish, fish sauce, tamarind, it's all there

I don't think anybody has a problem with umami, since it only has three syllables. It even sounds kind of warm and fuzzy.

Just saw this post Chris!
I always had peanut butter and cans of sardines in my locker in the firehouse.
I have ate many many p/b and sardine sammies at we hours of the early dawn. Kept me fat and sassy over and over.
Still love them to this day.
