having it last more than a day is the really hard part...the cilantro really makes this chili. the chorizo gives a ton of flavor too

Just got some KILLER chorizo from a pal from on here today. Think I'm going to have to try some on this recipe; it looks GREAT Matt!! Chilaquiles con el resto!!
