Big thank you to Naturiffic and John (SirPorkaLot).

First time using Harvest Brine and first time smoking turkey spatchcock. The turkey was extremely juicy, skin was crispy and very good flavor. Family said best turkey I have cooked in years. I will be ordering more products from Naturiffic.

Nice!

I did the regular ole whole turkey in the oven - but I did use the Harvest Brine and it's safe to say that's gonna be a regular thing - fantastic results, among the best if not the best.

Great looking bird there!

I did 24 lb fresh turkey in the oven and 2 7 lb supermarket (i.e. enhanced) breasts in the Big easy...all 3 with Harvest Brine....wet brined in the past but this was much easier for me...came out great!...my new go-to!

I used harvest brine on 8 birds this year and all came out great. We will definitely use again. John has top notch customer service!

No doubt about it. This was my first attempt with the Harvest Brine.
I did not use any injection, nor did I do any basting during the cook.
It turned out perfectly. Definitely a satisfied customer here!
