I picked up a big flat iron from Ralphs for $5.99 per/lb. Rubbed with the ultimate beef combo, The Rub Co. Santa Maria Style & Original Rub. Smashed with garlic mashed taters (potatoes, mayo, milk, butter, and The Rub Co. Santa Maria Style Rub). Just can't beat those taters! Enjoy the pron.:thumb:

Looks good Ryan! Love us some flat iron as well...the kids like it cuz it's less "chewy" :becky:

Still gotta try some of your rubs. Looking for something for beef...seems you like to use this same combo. Gonna have to order some and give it a shot myself.
