Need leftover rib meat recipes

Always seem to have extra ribs leftover.
Looking for recipes,tired of eating bones.

Soak any form of beans, and cook them with the left overs.
Makes an awesome stew or soup.
Even lentils would work....
 
Tacos
Add to shrimp and grits
Add to asparagus soup
 
Raviolis
Meat pies of any sort
rib chili

I cannot say I have ever tired of eating ribs on the bone.
 
Do not think I have ever had left over rib meat. :icon_blush:
Left over ribs for lunch can be yummy
 
Since tacos have already been taken, enchiladas or tamales.
That meat pie suggestion sounds darn good.
 
Dice up and add to chili or on top of pizza or nachos.

I made Brunswick/ BBQ stew with the last ones I had leftover. I bet the fried rice would be dang good too...or enchiladas....or anything already mentioned.
 
Yep, I ended up with about a half a rack leftover last time I did ribs. Nuked them just long enough to warm the fat and then pulled the meat off the bones. Vacuum sealed that up, it was about a pound of rib meat, and tossed it in the fridge. Next time I made chili, I used a pound of ground chuck, a pound of chili grind, that pound of rib meat, and a pound of chopped brisket. Some of the meatiest and best tasting chili I have made.
 
Red Beans and Rice or anything you'd add pulled pork to.
