We Made Salmon and scallops last night.

OK, so how did it get cooked, did the family get stuck in to it?

We cooked them on the weber. Olive oil, salt and pepper on the scallops and then skeward on rosemary sprigs. The salmon was rubbed with an applewood syrup type sauce and on a cedar plank that had been charred. All over direct coals for about 20 mine. The scallops were over direct 3 min then flipped for another 3.
