You could probably use Weber kettle lid on the Kudu to trap some smoke

Not sure being a CL master is a good thing :wacko: On this occasion the seller became a vegetarian so after only a few cooks, on to CL it went.

The Kudu comes with a lid to do just what you say :thumb:
