Default Shirley Fabrication is finally in Las Vegas

I finally got my new SF smoker from TQ (Paul Shirley). I drove all the way from Las Vegas to Tuscaloosa to pick up the smoker. It was the trip from hell, I had my mother, nephew, and two daughters in the truck with me. It was one of those trips that can only be explained by Murphy's law. It all changed once I made it to Tuscaloosa, I pulled up to Paul's house and I saw that beautiful smoker sitting out front. It made me for at least a couple of minutes forget that i was just contemplating killing my mother and kids! Hey don't judge me, we've all have been there.
Meeting Paul and his son was great, just a shinning example of southern hospitality. Paul's wife came out and spoke with my mother, just an all around class act, everyone should get a chance to meet him. I wanted to meet Paul and his son Tyler, before they got to big and opened a factory. Which I think is possible because of the quality of this cooker. They Are Rock stars in the Smoking meat world.
I had a long drive, first stop Alton IL (across for St Louis) I was there for two days and everywhere I went I had to stop and open up this Armour tank they call a smoker and let people take pictures. I had to fire it up, well because you just have to. this was a cooking trip around the mid west. I had 3 other stops my home town of Milwaukee WI, had to stop and Q up. I dropped of my mother, nephew and daughters along with a truck load of my grandmothers crap that she left in Vegas two years ago. I never seen some one with that many towels. it seem like such a great idea to drive and pick up my smoker, because I had to send my grand mother her crap, fly the kids to Milwaukee and ship my grill to Vegas, it was $1500 to pick it up myself.
I also stopped in Kansas City for Fathers day with my brother and a stop at the observatory in Arizona to have some ribs with some colleagues of mine. so FINALLY i'm home and I have this beautiful dream of a smoker back in Las Vegas.
Let me tell you this, if you want a smoker that is light weight with lid that you can open with one hand and leaks smoke.THIS IS NOT THE SMOKER FOR YOU!

If you want a cooker that will use up a lot of fuel and you have to check the temp every 15 mins. THIS IS NOT THE SMOKER FOR YOU!

If you want a smoker that you paid thousands of dollars for and you have to make modifications to it. THIS IS NOT THE SMOKER FOR YOU!

If you want a smoker that's just sitting on a trailer and not custom built into the trailer. THIS IS NOT THE SMOKER FOR YOU!

If you want a smoker that has a bunch of hot and cold spot on it and it takes forever to smoke some food because you had no idea part of it was in a cold spot and the other half is burnt because its in a hot spot. THIS IS NOT THE SMOKER FOR YOU!
If you want a smoker that is made with killer welds, LED lights, custom trailer, damper to the warmer, wireless probe, the list goes on and on. THIS IS THE SMOKER FOR YOU!
