Hi guys, stumbled on this forum while trying to find some info. Glad I found this group.

Pretty new to smoking/grilling etc. any help would be appreciated.

Been using a gas grill my whole life till about a year ago when my friend loaned my his WSM 18’ and it’s been down hill since! Picked up a Vision kamado in May and I’ve probably used it for almost 80% of my dinners.

Looking forward to this group and thanks for having me.
