A quick dinner tonight, all on the Blackstone griddle. I don't normally cook steaks on it, but figured I'd give it a go. Much easier than firing up the Golden's or the Weber, waiting for lump to come to temp and it offers a lot more surface area. So it got called into duty this afternoon.

Top Round Steak, Asparagus and Mushrooms

Once the griddle was heated, on went everything but the steak. Onions, mushrooms, asparagus (pre-cooked in the microwave to help speed things along) and of course, bacon! -

Can never go wrong with bacon and the griddle is the best place to cook it -

Baby Bellas -

Asparagus almost done -

And finally the thin Top Round, seasoned with Worcestershire and Montreal Steak -

After a couple of flips and a few minutes each side it's done -

Dinner is served -

Oops, almost forgot the bacon -

I think this is the first time I've really cooked a steak on the griddle and it turned out excellent! A simple, yet quickly prepared dinner.

As always, thanks for checking in on this post.

Regards,
