Wood Smoked farmers market veggie salsa

Sweet corn in husk soaked in water
Red pepper
2 pablano peppers
large white onion
Garlic
Tomato

Peel tomato and pepper skins off

Grind in food processor
Add 1 tsp each salt, pepper, cumin

Add corn and lime juice

This is for the Tacos Al Pastor I am making tomorrow... May not make it!

I'd have to "double the sauce" (as we jokingly say 'round here)... as I'd follow in your footsteps with a bag of tortilla chips.
