First off I love the "Walking around with matchlight looking for matches" label. That is epic.
Anyway, I have been a weber gas griller for years and have been keeping an old original Weber Silver Genesis on life support for way too long but just cant throw her away yet. My wife bought me a GMG DB several years back that got me hooked on pellet grills. It has been fantastic but recently began failing me with longer brisket smokes. I caved and just recently bought a new house, oops I mean a Yoder 640.....I broke it in with a whole chicken, then an Easter ham and tonight a bunch of chicken pieces. Tomorrow I will do a Picanha roast.
I have lurked in here off and on over the years but just recently signed up. Hope to learn much from y'all.
