Wings are breaded with Zatarine's chicken fry mix.
The taters are my wife's recipe.
She didn't like to admit that her taters were better when I grilled or smoked em.

I bread the wings and then rest em in the fridge for at least an hour. On the grill I spray em with an olive oil spray. These cooked around 375 for near an hour.
