Fast dinner tonight w/pron

Fired up the red Weber performer tonight and cooked a couple of NY strips for dinner. Seasoned them with Durkee's Steak Dust.

Cooked them 6 mins on each side. Also made some homemade fries. And of course Beer.......

Well now that you mention it, my red one does actually cook faster than my black kettle. :rolleyes:

Hows that Black Label taste? What would you compare it to?

The Black Label tastes great. I wonder if the red can has anything to do with that......
Hard to compare it to any certain other beer.
 
Hey Mable, make it another "Black Label"...........That was the tag line when i was a kid for Carling Black Label Beer. Funny hadn't seen that in years! Steak look great, by the way.........
