-Jalapenos halved and seeded
-Filled each half with cream cheese
-inserted lil' smoky in each
-wrapped with bacon
-seasoned liberally with Plowboys yardbird
-basted every 30 min. with apple juice
-glazed with a combination of Spicewine & a bit of Sriracha sauce
