OMG!!!! Shagdog has cooked us one heck of a meal

Wow, that is a beauty.

I suspect many do not know that Paul does this kind of thing. I am glad to see that Chris got such a great rig, what with both his wife and he having served, I am sure they will both love having that rig in their 'arsenal' (see what I did there?)

Thx everone it so awesome here... Matt is showing out with his cooking

Tri tip for a snack.. I do not get this in Alabama

Brisket and butt resting

The flag and eagle a co-Worker airbrushed for me on a piece of 1/4 inch plate we cut... I was to honor all of our veterans

The andouille is done

Yep that is me with a piece of andouille in my mouth...

I have a coat on.. You can tell i am from Alabama

Matt

Finally got to meet Chris and Kirk... Fantastic people

It really is unbelievable! Matt told me Paul wanted to give me a cooker. I laughed it off figuring Matt has gotten Paul into the scotch. He said, "Paul doesn't drink"! Blown away by Paul and Sharon! Not only did they build me the crazy awesome cooker but drove it up from Alabama! They truly are some special people!

First rack of came off after 2 1/2 hours..

Kirk starting his bacon wrapped, chorizo stuffed dates

Our lunch. We're just nibbling on everything. Man we're stuffed already. Haven't even cut into the 17lb brisket or the 2 big butts yet. And 2 more racks of ribs and tips.

Ain't that a cool new tool, glad you are the guy who got it Chris.

And that is a very cool griddle. What's the deal with the rack over the firebox? Searing station? It'll be ripping hot, no?

Thanks! Me too!

You are correct! That is a searing station! Can't wait to use it!
