Good Lawd... whole bunch of folks eating well this weekend!

Solo Dad duty tonight, so it's time fire up the UUNI for some pizza with the munchkin.

I discovered spare ribs were buy one, get one free at Albertsons on the way home, so we'll have a hard time deciding between ribs and wings for NFL Sunday. Who knows... maybe it's ribs tomorrow and wings Sunday!

Tonight is Phish Phry Phryday on the BS.
Sunday is Wingphest, Peri Peri, Teriyaki, Naturiffic Hot Wing rubbed and whatever else is in the cabinet.
Not sure about tomorrow, but hoping Costco has some of the prime ribeye caps on hand.


Happy to report that for the first time, possibly ever, the stars aligned and all three cooks went off as planned! Except the wings were Saturday and the rib eye caps were yesterday.
Being somewhat miserly, it pains me to pay $20/lb for beef, but it sure is tasty! Used Oakridge Santa Maria rub and then Carne Crosta over the top. Reverse seared. Oh yeah! So excited, I forgot to take pictures, but I'm sure you all know what a steak looks like!
