I am going from a UDS to stick burner.I know there will be a learning curve. How were the temps. from right to left and top rack to bottom rack? I wish Paul had a clone so I could pick mine up. I am so glad I ordered from SF.

Tab Benoit- Must listen to this artist. A cross between southern blues,Stevie Ray, and Louisiana cajun. Great listening while having a brew and tending the stick burner.
