Hi all. My name is Backyard Greg. I am just a backyard cook who likes feeding my family and friends. Been smoking meats for about 25 years now, and just thought I would join in to a forum of friendly like-minded individuals that enjoy this smoke trip as much as I do. I live in Kingwood, which is a northern suburb of Houston. Just thought I would introduce myself properly. I read a lot, but historically haven't posted much. I am trying to change that and "come out of my shell".
