This is my take on what I call Brisket stir fry.

2 cups of smoked choped Brisket
2 cups of cooked white rice
1 whole bell pepper choped
1 onion choped
S&P to taste
Soy & worcy sauce to taste.

Combine in a skillet or wok and cook until heated throughout.





Plated with some cheesy potatoes and cream corn


This a simple and fast meal to make with your left over brisket. Simply and delicious!

That mixture stuffed into a bell pepper or mixed in with regular burger for a meatloaf, wrapped in pepper bacon my my my.
