Still trying to smoke bacon. Advice?

So I've cured it for seven days and started to dry it out in fridge Monday night. I intended to smoke on Wednesday (today) but the weather has not cooperated and it looks like I will not get a shot at it (hopefully) until Friday if not then next Monday. Any harm in leaving it uncovered in the refrigerator 'till then? I have not had this problem before and never waited more than 48 hrs. to smoke. Would appreciate some advice.
 
No harm at all, it has been cured after all. I usually leave mine uncovered for a couple of days to dry then wrap in gladwrap though
 
Yep, once dry where you want it, I would wrap, and then plan a few more hours of final drying before smoking.
