What is the temperature the oven should be warmed up too?
I currently have the pulled pork in an aluminum pan, should I put anything else in there to keep it from drying out?

Assuming it is already moist then just wrap it in foil and warm it at 165-170 if your oven will go that low.:becky:

The temperature of the oven is not as important as the temperature of the meat. To be food safe the meat needs to be brought to 165° and be at that temp for at least 15 seconds. I would do as others suggested and add a little apple cider, for moisture and sweetness, maybe a little rub too. Also make sure you cover the pan tightly with some foil to hold in that moisture.

if i can, i usually put it in a food saver, or boil bag or roasting bag(like the ones for turkeys) with some AJ and jist set it in some boiling water till its hot.. it keeps it moist and theres no need to keep stirring or messin with it, which can make it mushy.

If it's already cooked and it just needs warming up, 200 plus will cook it even more and dry it out. I would never do that to mine.
