I woke up this morning with tandoori chicken on my mind, so its chicken, saag paneer (spinach in a cottage cheese sauce-sounds awful its good) garlic cous cous, spiced yogurt and naan.
In goes the bird thighs:

Well thats the first time I've done that, and I can't recommend the tandoori marinade highly enough! Skin was crispy and just started to get some yummy dark spots, a real tangy taste.
Used a store bought tandoori spice mix (from the froofroo grocery store) but its easy enough to mix up. Added that to a half cup greek yogurt, half cup vinegar, and a half cup of olive oil. Wish I had time to let it sit a while, but I did let it marinade for about 4 hours.
This is a must try!
