Hello everyone Eric here from Newburyport MA. I currently cook on a BGE and have made ribs, Pork Butt; chicken, and brisket. Brisket was a challenge. Everything else has been pretty good.

Looking to ramp up my BBQ game and be able to consistently produce quality Q.

I am in the market now for a Vertical cabinet smoker. I have challenged myself and committed to cooking ribs and pulled pork for my daughter's graduation party. 60-70 people! Game On!!!

Welocme to the asylum!

Also, each section of the forum has a description that you can use to figure out where to post.

Finally, please review our rules! They are pretty straight forward, but looking at them up front may help to eliminate problems later :-D

Oh! Don't forget to add your name to the Brethren Map, located at the top of this Cattle Call forum.

Most important, have fun and join in our conversations and share and learn!
