Tonight was the 5th evening meal in a row. Will there be a 6th?
Grilled salmon over pecan coals, jambalaya and garlic/butter rice

Well,your cooks that I have seen pictures of look delishious.I am glad you are enjoying your cooker and the food it cooks.

What temp are you grilling burgers at? I've had one cook on mine. It really reminds me of my offset! However, I'm a bit concerned about the fuel consumption. We'll see how it goes once the weather is warmer. Still... she's a beaut!

I started them out @ 350, then after they had seared pretty good, cranked it up to 450, and gave them a good sear with excellent grill marks. I used one of those kevlar cooking mats and finished them off, using the rendered fat to soak up in the buns and get toasted
