Eating out: Sausage-Sides-side
Home: Brisket-Ribs-Pork (tie with shoulder and sausage)
Vacation: Brisket-Alamo-Whataburger**

**in process of being replaced with another choice

Smoking would be Butts, Pork Ribs, Pork Chops (My wife and I absolutely love smoked chops and it's a short easy cook)
on the grill though gotta love that bbq chicken!

My preference for my food is 1. pulled pork, 2. ribs and 3.turkey. The ribs might be the people's choice, but I always want my pulled pork to rock.

IMO Beef Ribs, Chicken Wings and Prime Rib.

Not that my briskets and ribs suck I just prefer those three over the others.

I cook chicken, pork ribs, butts and briskets almost weekly during the competition season. On the rare occasion that I fire up a drum at home I am usually cooking beef ribs.

Brisket, St Louis style ribs and steak are the three things I cook best.

Brisket, pork ribs and sausage is, by definition, the BBQ holy trinity.
Didn't realize you posted over here LD. Then again, it's a good place to forget about the state of Longhorn football.

As for me, beef ribs, pork butt, and pork ribs. My dove ABTs are popular too when in season.

Beef Ribs, Pork Butts/Shoulder, Chicken Thighs/Wings and of course a Fatty or 4 with every cook
