Football Sunday cook from 2 weeks ago (I'm a bit behind).

I marinated 2 dozen chicken wingettes in Good Seasons Italian dressing mix and water for a couple of hours. I then drained them and coated them with olive oil.
About 5 minutes before taking them off, I slathered them with Johnny Trigg Original BBQ sauce.

I coated 3 porterhouse steaks with fresh cracked black pepper and sea salt.
I cooked it all on my 22 1/2" OTG.

It was delicious!

Thanks for looking.

As per usual, ya done good!

I got to tell you!! I was expecting a pot o porterhouses.

Looks damn good!!

Looks delish Bob.
Love the beer as well

I'd kill for that!

BTW...I drank quite a couple of Yuenglings in Lynchburg last week.
I Phigured there aren't so many good beers in the US supermarkets so I picked that one out since Brethren here gave it some great comments and I've seen you post it quite alot.
I wasn't dissapointed.

wow that looks great! job well done, I have a heck of a time finding the little drummies, I prefer to cook them but can never seem to find them anywhere.

Steaks and wings. How can you go wrong. Two of my favorites and great job.

It all looks great , did the dressing make a difference with the wings ????
I think the wings come out moister after marinading them. The dressing mix also imparts a good flavor to the wings.

Great looking cook as usual, but was truly expecting a pot, not bowl of wingettes

way to mix it up and throw us off
