I was just informed that for the first ever A KCBS Qfest was being held a the Allentown fairgrounds in Allentown PA.
I was wondering if there was anyone one going to this event or competing in this event.
As newbie to smoking, I was looking to maybe try to meet up with anyone from the area. Maybe see if anyone was willing to mentor me or provide some advice in the smoking area or grilling.
