I got up this morning and cooked some peppers and bacon for my fatty's.



Nakid fatty's and hash brown casserole ready to go.

Hash brown casserole with pepper jack cheese



Finished product really nice smoke ring on the fatty's



Smoked a caramel apple pie

First time I made the caramel apple pie. I liked it a lot...

Next week going to make some buckwheat pancakes with a dark beer.
Probably smoke a pie too.
