Plenty of 3 yr old Shenanigans. Don't worry. Gotcha covered.

Busy day on Friday: I gave more Ground Training for 3 separate upgrade courses... had a meeting about Link-16, but I managed to steal away to grab groceries at a reasonable time. The Commissary had a nice set of baby backs.

Wow. What a huge hunk of meat on the end!

Let's hit that with John Henry's Pecan and Apple Chipotle.

Gotta get things started! Oh, look... a Shiner!

CINCHOUSE did some "doctoring" of some canned baked beans.

Sliced up the ribs... Pretty nice smoke ring.

Added some garlic & chili spinach w/ mushrooms and those baked beans... Uhm, Yes, please!

Outstanding looking plate Marc. I spent the night in Clovis last Sunday, 17 degrees when we arrived and 11 degrees the next morning when we left, didn't realize it got so cold in your neck of the woods in March. Could have used a plate of that deliciousness to warm-up.
