Sunday cook for football

Had some friends over for the Chiefs game on Sunday and cooked up a small spread. I did forget sides and vegetables so it ended up being an all meat shindig (I did grill onions for the burgers though, I'm not a monster)

First up, smash burgers on the grill grates with grilled onions







Then some Conecuh hot sausage



And finally, some flanken cut short ribs that I bought pre-marinated from the tortilleria by my office. They had a heavy chili, lime, and garlic flavor and were outstanding, definitely cooking these again
