I think I snailed it!

Surf and Turf feast this evening.

Surf: Snow Crab Legs and Escargots using the electric white box in the kitchen.

Turf: Lamb Chops with Naturiffic Lamb Rub grilled on the 26” Weber

Side: Garlic/Parmesan Risotto (from scratch) and veggies (peas and carrots) (Also on white box)

Served with Melted Butter

Really does look good. Surf and turf is hard to beat. I’ve never been able to get myself to eat a snail though. What do they taste like?

Oh whale yeah! That plate and the entire cook looks amazing. Cod I have a bite? Good thing it was just you and the wife, that would have been tough to cook for a grouper people. Overall, I would say that cook was fintastic!
