New Smoker & Party Ideas

New Smoker & its first burn. Going to be cooking on it this Saturday..Looking to do some spare ribs and baby backs. I am going to stick to my guns on my recipe but would like to try something new too. I have a few ideas, maybe a fruit tasting rib with either apples or blueberries.
Throw me out some ideas anything. Thanks for the info.

Pic no worky for me either. Blackberry chipotle ribs are supposed to be pretty good. I've never had em, but some friends swear by them. I believe you can buy a glaze at the supermarket.
