First cook on my mini egg

I picked up a used mini egg from a friend a few weeks ago and haven't had time to use it until now. So this morning we made some breakfast burritos.

I wanted Flank or Flat Iron but had to settle for sirloin

My wife has to have her beef well done........not my idea.
 
what a great looking breakfast burrito and from Iowa - Like a great college football team but southwestern breakfasts??????????????? Really sorry you had to settle for sirloin:sad:
 
It wasn't so much I had to settle for sirloin as it was like $4.99/lb, but Flank was $7.99/lb and I refused to pay that. The grocer I go to puts the cuts in those packages where it's hard to see anything but the top and usually the bottom is all fat and choppy.
