Thin to Win Burgers!

I have this tortilla press, and I've been dying to do something other than squash masa for tortilla's with it. I started out with 3 ounces of 80/20 ground beef. My wife rolled them out and my mom was using the press in the assembly line.

I actually setup my griddle on the gasser....quicker heat rebound with the cast and the quick cook of the very thin patties.

Dude that is rockin' Sorry but I'm gonna bite ur style on my next burger cook. I already know people that are gonna go berzerk.:wacko:
 
I also love thin burgers, so juicy and a better balance of moisture I reckon.
What are the crunchy things in the foreground?

I want one bad.
 
Heinz is the best ketchup,for TOTS.Burgers look TASTEE ,just need a couple more patties on Dat bun.:wink:Justfunnin,it ALL looks fantastic! :clap:
 
I'm a thick burger guy..... I'd eat that though if someone was cooking it! Looks good.
 
Finished burger looks surprisingly juicy and awesome. I will try that also next burger cook Thanks.

They were very juicy, I think a lot of that was due to the 80/20 meat. They were very good and cooked quickly. American cheese on both patties.
