Gotta comment, I'm smoking a couple of shoulders and I'm having trouble getting the temps above 245, Every thing is wide open and its having trouble staying at 245-250, never had a issue with low temp control, I have a Stumps Smoker, I'm not big on using the guru, (although I have one)
