Is lookin for wood to cook with.
So I finally got to fire this baby up today and I am in Hog Heaven tonight!
I was a bit short on time and got rushed to season her up and get some Fatties done by the time the wifey got home from work, but I'm really happy with my first cook.
E'nuff Chit Chat... Onto the Pron!
The essentials...
I sautéed some green chile's, fresh garlic, half an onion, a jalepeno and mixed it all together in a bowl with a chopped up block of Jalepeno Jack once it cooled.
I made up some Kraft Mac-n-Cheese for the other Fatty and added some Bacon but I forgot to take a photo of that in the pan.
I then packed both sets of ingredients in a 2''X8" tube and let them set up in the fridge for a bit.
While those were chill'n... I laid out the JD and bacon weave's.
Green Chile stuffing ready to roll...
Mac-n-Cheese log readyto be wrapped...
One down...
Done and back in the fridge until the UDS is ready...
I decided to do some cotc as well. I remove the husk, wrap it in foil with butter, a little evo-o, and snp. It's insanely good.
Temps are good..... let's get cookin!
Midway...
165 and off the grill...
While the fatty's were resting and the corn was finishing up on the grill, I threw some biscuits in the oven.
Sliced and ready...
And Plated.
