I cooked brisket (2 weighing about 20 lbs) and 6 pork loin about 7 lbs each. I sliced and sauced some of it and left some of it without sauce.

kept it warm on an inexpensive chafing rack. My wife made potatoe salad. That was our contribution. The rest was brought by guests at the party.
