Been a busy few weeks for me recently. New position at work and my sons football team was in playoffs but now I'm finally getting a chance to fire up the smoker more often. Couple pics from the last few weeks. Tri tip, brisket-definetely not overrated, chicken drums, money muscle, and some chorizo!

Thanks Marty! I've missed it here. My sons football was taking up 6 days a week so on Sundays we were just trying to catch up on life! I have family coming in from Texas next week and they always request BBQ so it's going down!
 
Everything looks great. How do you like the LSG vertical offset? Was thinking about ordering one.

Thanks! I love the vertical offset. Tons of real estate with a small footprint. It draws insanely good also. Great price also.
 
BOOM! Killer cooks as always brother. Need to fire up my LSG now that I have a little down time.
