Cedar planked Salmon on the Mini

Mmmmhhhh... !

Cooked some cedar plank Salmon on the mini tonight.
The Salmon is marinated with EVOO and herbs de provence and took about 20 Minutes on the mini.
When it was done i opened the vents and could quickly grill some mini asparagus and pancetta.

Mighty good eats...
