Vinegar Sauce for Pulled Pork

I’m surprised that no one has mentioned Killer Hogs Vinegar Sauce

It is quite good. I like George’s also, but lately have been gravitating to KH vinegar cut with KH the bbq sauce 50/50

Tennessee Red mixed 1:1 with regular white vinegar is my go to for chopped smoked pork. Just enough to coat, not soak.

Tennesee red has alot of vinegar in it...no??

Yes, but it also has a lot of sugar, and some decent heat. Cutting it with white vinegar makes a great vinegar finishing sauce that everyone will love. Just don't over do it. Coat it, don't soak it.

Hi All Does any one use the pork drippings form the pull pork in their sauce?
Thanks DanB

My go to is Carolina Red from the classic 'smoke and spice' book. super quick.

1-1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 teaspoon cayenne or red pepper flakes
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon table salt

Carolina Red is my favorite also.
Just Google Carolina Red sauce for a plethora of recipes.
Pick one that sounds good to you or customize one to
your liking.

Nope. It is all cooled, fat skimmed, and poured back into the meat at my house. That would be good for a sauce addition though.

I think that's pretty standard. maybe not directly to the sauce but definitely mixed back into the meat.
