Black Friday deals

Does this count as a "deal"...???

...$1,300 Wagyu Beef on "sale" for 999!!!

And when you get it home, not only would you be out $1k, you’d be eating a block of fat! Seriously, I attended a very special and expensive dinner a year or so ago where they served the highest grade of Wagyu (A5 I think) and none of us around the table liked it. Too fatty . . . .

I agree that at some point it's just about the price. I had some wagyu not long ago, same deal it's basically just fat held together with strands of meat to make the texture a little better. Definitely not worth the price to me, but it is to others

I'm seeing prices that look the same as before? Aren't they always $14.99 and $24.99?

Sorry for the lag in answering this, they had them marked down when I posted. A few guys got the deal before it changed.

Not necessarily bbq, but Costco has the 6 qt pro series KitchenAid stand mixer for 249.

I killed our smaller one grinding hamburger meat.

Dicks is to dang expensive on their LJ pellets. I get them for $8.99 at Atwood’s. Ranch King is th same price.

Am I the only one hearing this?

Looking at the various ads that are online at this point, I'm trying to buy a gas grill for my parents for Christmas. They don't need a big or fancy one, just something for cooking up burgers, hot dogs, chicken breasts and such, and they want the convenience of gas. While I've otherwise settled on a Weber Q1200 for them, I did see these two grills in the ads, both for less than $100 on Black Friday:

https://www.lowes.com/pd/Char-Broil-Advantage-Black-3-Burner-Liquid-Propane-Gas-Grill/50329717

So, if I went for one of them instead, which would be the better choice? I really don't know if either brand is a "good one" or not. I figured a good advantage of the Weber Q1200 I had been looking at is its size: small enough to pick up and store in the garage, as well as using the smaller green propane tanks instead of the big ones.

I would stay away from those two. See if you can find a Huntington or BroilMate in that price range. Much better quality.
