I have done a bunch of cooks for large parties of 200+ on the two of them. 16 butts at once (8 on each smoker), 20 racks of baby backs on a single smoker laying flat on 4 racks, 30lbs of wings on a single smoker. Never filled one with briskets before. They do a good job with large amounts of meat but because it is a vertical direct smoker you will need to rotate shelves a couple of times during the cook.
