This sauce is really good. I mean really good. You can actually taste the flavor of the peppers. Shippings kind of steep, but it’s not available locally. In fact it’s not always available. I usually get 3 SR 3J, but tempted to try their others.

one of the best I've had is Atomic City Hot Sauces. worth a try if you can find them, company is based out of Los Alamos, NM. like the one you mention, it has good heat but the impressive part is the flavor that shines thru the heat. worth seeking out if you're an aficionado of hot sauces

I am lucky they sell the Poblano Hot Sauces at the Food City grocery stores and the Ranch Markets here in Phoenix, the irony is that I could not find them the last time I cooked in Tucson where they are made.

I picked this hot sauce up in of all places Puerto Vallarta. I thought it was a locally made sauce, didn't know it was made in Tucson. My only regret was that I only bought one bottle. This sauce is amazing!!! Thank's for the link I'll be ordering a case of the green jalapeno and a case of the assorted. :-D:-D:-D
