"Happy Phriday Pharkers, what's Smoking this Weekend?"

Friday night is up in the air - possible prime ribeye on the grill.

Saturday is more firm - CINCHOUSE picked up a couple of lobster tails.

Sunday-funday is looking more like an experiment with several types/flavors of Tapas.

We'll see what shakes out...

Kind regards and thin blue.

Paging Dr Phu and all you smokin ember head knuckleheads!!!......hope y’all doing ok. Mourned putting down my price female boxer all week but coming out of it now. Fried some breakfast pork chops in my Tfal countertop fryer outside.....pretty darn good. Tomorrow....I don’t know....but I hope all my brethren have wonderful food for the weekend......Peace my dudes.....and dudette.

Sorry Dude.

Our Berner is going to have her 11th birthday next weekend; every day is precious with older pups. She had seared sous-vide prime NY strip topped with crab oscar for her bday last year. My wife thinks I'm nuts I'm going to make the dog (and us) butter poached lobster this year.

Gonna smoke some brined chicken quarters Sunday with brussels sprouts tossed with home smoked bacon.

Sorry about yer pup, bro! We love boxers around here! As bad as it hurts when they go, we're lucky to have 'em in the first place.

Anyway - making chili colorado as we speak, probably skrimps tomorrow - maybe in jambalaya along with some adouille and tasso I made a while back, and asked my lovely wiPhe to pick up a chicken while she was out 'cause I ain't cooked one in a while & I love me some chix!

Happy Phriday and weekend to Phu and crew and all y'all Pharkers!

Sorry about the pup, Dude. We take ours to the dog park every single day. Today it was in the rain. So, I 100% understand the attachment and the love for a 4 legged companion.

Tonight was chuck roast burnt ends (and the dogs had a few bites!)

Sunday we are doing her birthday dinner with her family and she requested the pulled pork spaghetti that we've done a few times https://howtobbqright.com/2018/02/08/bbq-spaghetti/ I normally do Gates and Head Country for the sauces, but we like it so much that I've bought his bottles to support the recipe.
