Wife making chicken spaghetti. Not my thing on several fronts these days. Contemplating leftover wings from yesterday and remembered I’d froze some chili made with ground select (at best) ribeye steaks. Have an avocado bundle that’s going to go bad if I don’t get to eating them. Done before 2pm

Leftover Chili makes amazing Nacho supreme. Or, amazing Chili Omelettes. I like to make tortilla "like" burrito size rounds with eggs, and fold the Chili like a burrito on a bed of homefries, topped with melted cheddar, and a drizzle of hot sauce.
