sometimes I'm Busy , Rest of the time Lazy so i don't like making homemade rubs, marinades, sauces etc......

What is a Good Jerk Chicken Marinade and Jerk Glaze/Sauce I can Buy.......?

Oakridge Jamaican Jah Love is pretty good too. Mix equal parts rub and oil and marinate 24 hours.

I haven't tried any of the above but i have John Henrys Jerk Chicken Rub (Not the apple) and i love it. Not sure if it's produced though any more.

Another big fan of the Walkerswood Hot "Paste" here.

That said, Oakridge Jah Love is also delicious.

You won't go wrong, either way.

If can Vortex the bird, I highly recommend it. Great results.

I couldn't agree more. I love it on all things chicken, pork, and even shrimp. I recently made chicken thighs with it and brought some in to work. Everyone loved it so much that oakridge received three more customers because of it.
