These were amazing! I used the Rec Tec Heffer dust and smoked to internal temp of 120° on the extreme smoke setting. Then took them off and cranked the beast up with the sear plates on and seared them. Pardon the bad photography please.




First picture is when they same out of the smoke and waiting for the smoker to heat up.

Your bad photography looks delicious! That is my favorite way to make a steak.
 
How was the smoke output on extreme smoke? I'll never be able to afford a Mak so I've kind of been eyeing Rec Tec as of late.
